About the Founder/President Michelle Santaferraro is the founder and president of Organomics®, a professional organizing company, providing services in both homes and offices. With 18 years of experience as a professional organizer, Michelle has developed the principles of ‘organomics’ to help organize clients based on their personality, preference, and work style. This unique approach to organizing has received national acclaim among the Fortune 500 companies and is still immensely relevant to the home environment. Michelle has utilized her organizing, motivational speaking, and training for companies such as, Applied Materials, Chevron Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi Semiconductor, Informix, Oracle, Quantum, Sun Microsystems, and Office Depot. She speaks regularly at women’s groups, churches, seminars, and on site professional development gatherings. Michelle Santaferraro earned her bachelor’s degree at Colorado Christian University where she was trained as a professional youth worker. This passion for youth has evidenced itself in over 22 years of mentoring High School and College aged students. Her professional background includes office management, project management, sales, and customer service. Michelle is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), both locally and nationally. She has served two years on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Chapter of NAPO and she has recently served as Vice President for the Colorado chapter of NAPO and currently serves as Associate Member Director. She also enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. |
